Fun fact about having an @comcast.net email address: any emails that are marked as spam get deleted immediately and permanently rather than being placed into your Junk folder.
This is a strange and surprising behavior and it looks like most users who have tried to sign up for Shmeppy with an @comcast.net email have not succeeded because of it. But it can be changed by users such that spam emails do get sent to their Junk email folder.
To try and correct this the best I can from Shmeppy’s end, now if you sign up using an @comcast.net address, a (hopefully) helpful message will appear:
Arguably the aesthetic design of this intervention is awful but I’m hopeful that it will work 
. I’ll be keeping an eye out for @comcast.net registrations that never get validated.
