Yes! Just open one of your games/maps in your phone or tablet’s browser (ex: Safari or Chrome). The interface is nearly the same as with a mouse:

You may not be familiar with the Eraser icon that will appear in these instructions: Eraser + Tap means selecting the Eraser icon in the palette tray (see the blue arrow in the next image) and then tapping somewhere.
