Since Shmeppy’s headquarters (ie: where I live) has moved to Portland, Oregon, I’ve modified the terms of service to reflect that.
Namely there’s a few lines about which state laws apply during disputes, which county you should sue Shmeppy in, and where arbitration would take place. The exact changes are presented here as a side-by-side diff.
These terms will take affect on 11:59 PM on Monday, February 3rd, 2020. Using Shmeppy after that time signifies your agreement to these terms. Please see Section 9 (titled Changes) of the terms of service for additional relevant information.
