Small documentation fix: middle click to pan

Someone mentioned that there’s no indication that you can Middle Click and Drag to pan at any time (if you have a mouse).

Had no idea that this very useful shortcut was available, should probably be on the tooltip for the Pan tool.

So I’ve added a hint to the help text.
