I started this awhile ago but unfortunately, before I was able to finish up the last details of it, a couple very-time-consuming and urgent tasks diverted my attention. But those have been taken care of, so I can finally get this in front of ya’ll

Hopefully it works well.
- Allow map scale (used by the various measurement tools) to be edited.
- Show measurement overlay when moving multi-select selection
- Fix bug preventing ESC from closing image resize window
